Warranty Policy
We have implemented an effective process that allows us to offer helpful solutions to problems our customers may encounter. We work to assess the issue and make things right while minimizing any inconvenience caused to our customers.
What does this warranty cover?
Vodomax Products warrants that the products shall be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions during the Warranty Period.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period shall commence on the date of purchase of the product by the Customer and end one 1 year (365 days) after that date.
During the Warranty Period, Vodomax Products will offer a free replacement at no cost to the consumer if any of the product or part of the product proves to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse or improper care, failure to follow proper operating instructions, or from any alteration or repair of the product made by anyone other than Vodomax Products.
Who is Covered?
This limited warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
- Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g., blade, brush)
- If the product has been modified from its original condition.
- If the product has not been used in accordance with the directions and instructions in the user manual.
- Damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Vodomax Products.
- Damages or defects that occur during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended.
Return Policy
Vodomax Products wants you to be 100% satisfied with your orders.
We accept product returns within 30 days from your order date in exchange of another store product.
Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period due to manufacturer flaws, we want to make the returns easy and hassle-free for you. We stand behind the products we sell and want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
If the product has a manufacturer defect, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement right away. However, returns for other reasons, such as mishandling, will not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and repacked in the original package, with no alterations. If the damage is caused by the customer in any way, the item will not be replaced.
Follow through our return process for your return requests to be honored.
Steps to Return your Item
1. Please prepare your Order ID and contact our customer service team via info@vodomax-products.com. We will then review the request.
2. Vodomax Products team thoroughly inspects each item and will promptly notify you via email if your replacement request has been approved within the next 24-48 hours.
A Return Code will be issued along with the appropriate return address information via email. Item with signs of wear will not be accepted.
Please do not simply ship the item back to us without prior authorization.
3. Once you obtain the Return Code, pack the product securely and send it to the address listed on the email.
4. We will process your request accordingly and ship the exchange products as soon as we receive the product(s) from you. We will also send you the Tracking Number so you can monitor the shipment, please patiently wait for your product to arrive.
Return Packaging
Any item returned to Vodomax Products must be in its original packaging and include all components and accessories (color box, etc.). The product must also be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging it was shipped with.
In order to process your exchange, please send the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
